Asheville Police Department Operating Cost Budget 2017-2018 Adopted

Hello! I would like to make a public records request to the City of Asheville for the details of the Operating Cost that was adopted for the 2017-2018 budge in the amount of $5,126,746. I would ideally like receive those documents in a machine readable format such as CSV. Thank you for your assistance!
