Hello,
I'd like to request from the City of Asheville, RADTIP (River Arts Transportation Improvement Project) the approved construction plans, including engineer calculations, for the lowering of Riverside Drive and the method of pumping water out of the newly lowered area under the bridge.

Here are the approved construction plans for RADTIP. Pursuant to N.C.G.S. §132-1.2(5), the seals of the design professions licensed under Chapter 89C of the North Carolina General Statutes, the city has removed the seal of licensed design professionals Kit A. Persiani,.Heather M. Harkenrider, and Pu Zhang.
The City of Asheville has no records responsive to your request for engineering calculations or the method, if any, of pumping water out of the area under the bridge.
