Sunshine Request will no longer fulfill requests for Calls for Service for an individual address / individual name. Requests like these can be sent directly to the City or County via their websites. Also, if the record exists, all block level Calls for Service can be found on the City’s data portal here: https://data-avl.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/apd-cad-911-calls/
We also ask that senders please do not include their name or contact information in the requests on our site. As it’s an anonymous form, we have no way of verifying who submitted the request. Additionally, we do not require any personally identifiable information to be submitted in order for us to be able to process the request.
