Comprehensive Plan Process 2016-2017

Hello,

I would like make several related public records requests regarding the current Comprehensive Plan process. Please feel free to combine them or handle them separately, as convenient. They're ordered below from easiest to most complex:

(1) For the minutes of all meetings of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee since its inception last summer.

(2) In January of 2017, members of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee were asked to fill out an Excel spreadsheet with their comments on the Draft Outline and Key Principles. The spreadsheet had a column to be left blank for contractors' later responses. Please include all of these comment sheets received, whether from committee members or others, as well as the contractors' responses.

(3) For any minutes or notes resulting from the meeting(s) of the equity stakeholders focus group, any informational material given to members of that focus group prior to or at the meeting(s); and the names of all focus group members.

(4) For the minutes or notes of all formal meetings between City staff and the contracting team regarding this comprehensive plan. I recognize that there may have been plenty of small informal meetings for which no official notes were taken; this request refers to substantive, sit-down, preplanned meetings with at least three people present and an agenda set ahead of time.

(5) For any other memos, graphics, or other material created by the City or the contractors concerning the purpose of the equity focus group, its demographics, or how its feedback would be incorporated into the plan; any public advertising or notice that was given for the focus group meetings; and any correspondence between City staff, the contractors, or members of the public regarding how and whether the focus group should be advertised and who should be invited to participate.

    I realize now that you intended for the meeting minutes to be “Part 1” of the request, and Parts 2 – 5, were the subsequent pieces of the person’s request.
