Good morning!

I would like to see

(a) The final report on the APD presented to City Council by Matrix Consulting, dated March 20, 2015.

(b) Any draft versions of this report delivered to the City prior to completion of the final version.

(c) The RFP, RFP Addenda, Scope of Work, or other document(s) describing the details of which information was to be included in the report and the methods the contractor(s) would use to get the information.
