RADTIP Eminent Domain List and Costs

Hi City of Asheville,

Can you please provide a list of all property that was taken by eminent domain for the RADTIP project?

Please include Parcel ID's, Property Owner Name, businesses that were forced to close and amounts paid to their tenants, prices that were paid for real estate, and if necessary indicate which of these are still in court and/or arbitration.

Thank You.

    Good afternoon Terry,

Sorry for the confusion! We have only ever received two requests on our site with “RADTIP” in the title, listed below:

    1. Asheville RADTIP plans, calculations, water pumping (Completed on 05/01/19)
    2. RADTIP Eminent Domain List and Costs (The one we’re currently messaging about, sent in on 05/08/19)

Thank you for your help with this request!
    We appreciate it,
    Sunshine Request

    Dear Sunshine Request:
Good morning. I received this exact request twice. I was wondering if it is two separate requests or if there was just one.
I will forward to the appropriate record custodian(s) for processing. Once processing is complete I will forward any responsive records to you. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any questions.
    All best,
