RADTIP Eminent Domain List and Costs
Hi City of Asheville,
Can you please provide a list of all property that was taken by eminent domain for the RADTIP project?
Please include Parcel ID's, Property Owner Name, businesses that were forced to close and amounts paid to their tenants, prices that were paid for real estate, and if necessary indicate which of these are still in court and/or arbitration.

I tested the link in the previous message and it works for me. I will go back to the record custodians who provided the records to me and get the Google Drive permissions changed so that you can open the records as well. Sorry about the confusion.
