This request includes, but is not limited to: emails, notes, letters, legal proceedings, police reports, public statements, transcripts, notes from hearings, correspondence with the railroad pertaining to the crossing, and video. We would like to see any of these documents from Jan 1, 2010 through Aug 15, 2017. Of particular interest are any documents that describe accidents or injuries at the railroad tracks, or any document that discusses construction or design changes to the railroad tracks.

My apologies but I sent you the incorrect folder. Here is the correct link.

While we are still compiling the remainder of this request, I’ve decided to give you access to the folder we will be using early. So far what we have in there are crash reports for the area around the crossing.

I will notify you when we make updates to the folder. If you have problems accessing please let me know.

    9:36 am

It’s still being compiled. Hopefully we will have it soon.

    Hello again Sunshine,

I’m emailing to inform you about the limitations of the second part of the request. It is likely that it will take longer than 5 business days in order to not only gather what we have but to also outline and work a release schedule. However I can say for sure that I will be updating you with information as soon as I get it and ensure that it is cleared for release. I am ready to answer questions should you have any.

I would appreciate it if you passed this email on to the requester.

    Thanks,

    Ben Fulmer
