We are in receipt of your records request. The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts is not the custodian of the records you have requested. Please contact the clerk’s office in the county in which the matter was filed to obtain a copy of the record you have requested. A complete list of contact information for each clerk’s office can be found on our website at http://www.nccourts.org/Courts/Default.asp.
Please note charges may apply. It is suggested that you contact the clerk’s office prior to submitting a request so that you include the proper funds with your request.
Thank you for your inquiry.

We would also like to clarify that the request was initially sent in on June 21st, so when the requester states “earlier this week” it should refer to the week of June 18th.
