    Hello Sunshine Request,
    We are in receipt of this request and have begun processing. Please note that this request may take some time for completion as there are currently eight requests for email correspondence in the queue to be pulled and reviewed before this request.
    However, I do have some information for you.
    Request No. 1: • copies of all Text messages sent and received on the City of Asheville cell phone issued to Sgt. Quinton Miller from January 1st, 2018 to June 15, 2018.
    Answer No. 1: Sgt Miller separated from the City of Asheville on June 30, 2018. The City no longer has access to these records, therefore, the City of Asheville has no records responsive to this request.
