Winter storm expenditures

I'm writing to request information regarding the city of Asheville's expenditure of taxpayers' money to deal with winter storms. I'd like to know:

-How much taxpayer money has the city of Asheville budgeted overall for winter storms in its current fiscal year budget (2017-18). If there's an itemized list for expenditures of salt, sand, budgeted overtime, etc, that would be helpful.

-How many hours of overtime did city of Asheville public works employees log to clean up city streets after the snow that fell Dec. 8-9? How much did that overtime cost taxpayers?

-How many hours of overtime did city of Asheville public works employees log to salt and sand city streets the night of Dec. 31, 2017 and into the morning of Jan. 1, 2018? How much did that overtime cost taxpayers?

    Hello Sunshine,

    You will find the answer to the first question below. For the next two points we do not keep a record that holds this information and cannot provide it as such. These two questions seem more like requests for information rather than records. In these cases it would serve the purposes of the requester better to find a contact within the appropriate department to talk to. They would be able to provide information like that much easier than I could.
