1984 n.c. mt. ridge protective act

Buncombe County has one inspection Dept for the entire county. Does Buncombe County inspect Weaverville, Woodfin, Black Mt., for the same rules and regulation as the rest of the county?

Look at Woodfin, Weaverville with all the building going on on our precious mt. tops. Do they go by all the fire marshall guidelines for roads and fire protection? Someone from the media needs to go out and see for themselves what SCAM goes on in our inspection and laws.

Hello Sunshine Request, this does not appear to be a records request, the requestor appears to be asking two separate questions.

    1. Does Buncombe County inspect Weaverville, Woodfin, Black Mt., for the same rules and regulation as the rest of the county?

    2. Do they go by all the fire marshall guidelines for roads and fire protection?

Question 1 is very broad, we don’t have documents that would be responsive to this.

For question 2, you can find Fire Marshall information on Buncombe County’s website here.

    Thank you
