Amy Cantrell’s arrest: District Attorney’s Office

The Reverend Amy Cantrell was arrested earlier this week for a non violent protest in a public building. Please be gracious provide all documents created by the office of the district attorney regarding this incident?

Editor’s Note 01/23/20: We’ve discovered that we did not change the “overall status” of the above request at the time of the DA’s reply on July 18, 2018.

We apologize for any confusion caused. We should have marked the request as “Completed” at that time, and not continued to send in follow up about the request. The DA’s response in July indicated that “Public records in regard to pending matters are available from the Clerk of Court. The District Attorney’s office is not in possession of public records in response to this request.”

We have now closed this request and marked it as “Completed.”

We would also like to clarify that the request was initially sent in on June 21st, so when the requester states “earlier this week” it should refer to the week of June 18th.
