(April 2020) Request for info related to Asheville PD pay raises as of 04/02/20
Hello City of Asheville, NC Government,
I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:
1. Please provide information pertaining to Chief Deputy Baumstark's pay raises since his hire date, and the current top out pay for his position.
2. I would also like information on the last time police officers were given a raise excluding cost of living.
The requested information should include all responsive records from 04/01/2015 - 04/02/2020.

I am informed that the top out pay for this position is $128,184.52. Additionally, the last time police officers were given a raise was on June 3, 2017. The raise was to bring the public safety plan to market.
