(April 2021) Request for City of Salisbury, NC Police Department emails and texts 09/22/2020 – 04/02/2021

Hi City of Salisbury, NC Government (Records Officer)(and Police Department),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information regarding the City of Salisbury, NC Police Department:

Please provide all emails and text messages sent between Lt. Justin Crews and Sgt. Justin Crotty from September 22, 2020 through April 02, 2021.
-------

[Editor’s Note to Salisbury Gov: For all “communications” (emails, texts, etc) type of requests, we ask that you please provide all .pdfs, files, attachments, videos, hyperlinks, etc. that are indicated within the responsive records. For example: A .pdf that is an attachment within an email, should also be provided as a document along with the responsive emails.

Please include all of those additional documents where applicable, as relates to the requested information above.

If the records are ultimately too large to send via emailed file share, we’d ask that you please create a public Google Drive folder / link or some other file format to transfer the files. Thank you for your help!]

Thank you for your assistance!

Editor’s Note: Sunshine Request makes no claim as to the veracity of any statements or information contained in any of the requests, or public records, we receive.

    Good afternoon Kelly,

    Hope you’ve been well.

Following up on my email from two weeks ago where I let you know I was having trouble opening the file you sent. As best I can tell, a .PST file can only be opened with Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express, of which I have neither. Would it be possible for you to resend the file in some other format, like a .PDF or something?

    Thank you!
