Asheville Tourists Lease Agreements

Hello! I would like to make a public records request to the City of Asheville for a copy of all active lease agreements the City has with the Asheville Tourists (DeWine Seeds-Silver Dollar Baseball).

    Ah, Ben! My apologies – I see what happened here.

    That email did come through in a seperate thread, and I was looking for your reply in this one. I did not see your email from the 18th but have it now.

    Hi Ben,

    I just received an update to this request. The sender would like to clarify the timeline for the lease agreements:
    “Hello: I submitted the request for the Asheville Tourists Lease Agreements and just wanted to clarify I am only interested in any leases that are active as of today not all leases from any certain time period. I wasn’t sure what to put for the start/end dates on the form. Thank you so much!”

    Hi City of Asheville,
    We just received a new request this evening via www.sunshinerequest.com. Here are the details:
     
    Subject: “Asheville Tourists Lease Agreements”
    Message: “Hello! I would like to make a public records request to the City of Asheville for a copy of all active lease agreements the City has with the Asheville Tourists (DeWine Seeds-Silver Dollar Baseball). Thank you for your assistance!”
    Of note: The requester also included in the “timeline” field of their submission to our website, that this request applies to the date range of January 1, 2012 – September 12, 2017. Let’s interpret their request to mean that they would like all lease agreements, from January 1, 2012 – present.
