(August 2019) NCDOT District 14 r5600 Community Impact Assessment (CIA) or the “Indirect and Cumulative Effects” report
Hello NCDOT!
I am writing to ask about road project r5600, under the jurisdiction of the 14th Division of the NCDOT.
I am requesting the publication of the Community Impact Assessment, or any communications regarding it, which may also be known as the “Indirect and Cumulative Effects” report.
They are evaluation reports that are done to help project likely impacts to properties and land uses before it enters the design phase. They are meant to inform the project to lessen impacts on the natural and human environment.
