(August 2019) Request for Florida Department of Education Salary Records
I would like to make a public records request to the Florida Department of Education, the State of Florida, and/or the School District of Palm Beach County for records of faculty and staff salaries, including stipends and bonuses, of G-Star School of the Arts, a public charter school, from 08/01/2018 to 7/31/2019. The business name under which the school operated may be Students in the Arts TV.
I would ideally like to receive those documents in a searchable format such as CSV.

In addition, as Charter Schools are considered public entities, per F.S 119.071 which protects certain data from public disclosure including employee names, each Charter School is responsible to ensure personal information is not released to the public if any employee does claim an exemption. The District does not monitor this for Charter School employees which means we are not able to provide employee names at G Star Academy.

Personnel information, including salary for Charter employees, is entered by the Charter school and therefore the District does not vouch for the completeness or accuracy of their data. Charter schools do not use the District Payroll system to pay their employees. Therefore we suggest you follow up with the Charter school itself to verify accuracy of their information. We may gladly produce any information that has been provided to us by Charter Schools if you request such but again, please be aware the District is not confirming the completeness or accuracy of the data.
