    Good afternoon Asheville City Government,

Can you please confirm the answer to the question in my previous email and let us know when the correct files will be sent?

We’ll follow up one more time around the end of this month. Also — If this, or any other requests we’ve sent in over the past year (and are currently following up on) need clarification when the City has a new records officer, we’ll be happy to have a phone call to discuss this process if that’s easiest.

    Thank you!

    Good afternoon Asheville City Government,

We received a notice that Liz is no longer working with the City, and to CC the opengov email address so our requests will make it over to the appropriate inbox. It seems like our request was recently migrated into the Next Request system, but as this request and email chain is so old/long, we’re going to continue to use this email thread here to correspond with you until it is completed. I hope that’s ok.

I am emailing because the records [annex files] provided back to us on 8/27 do not appear to correspond with the content of the request that we sent in. Is this a mistake?

    Thank you!
