Hello NC Education Lottery (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

Please provide a copy of the below contracts:

1. Copy of any contract between the North Carolina Education Lottery and Wunderman Thompson Advertising Company. [No specific start date indicated. Please provide any and all responsive records as of the date the query is performed].

2. Copy of any contract between the North Carolina Education Lottery and Mullen Lowe Advertising Agency. [No specific start date indicated. Please provide any and all responsive records as of the date the query is performed].
