(August 2021) Request for Transylvania County, NC: Property information for LLC as of 08/30/21

Hi Transylvania County, NC Government (Records Officer),

I’d like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

Please provide a list of all properties in Transylvania County, NC owned by Davidson River Village LLC. This information should be accurate as of 08/30/21 (or on the date the query is performed).

Please include the tax value of each piece of property, as well as the total amount of taxes collected for these properties each year from 01-01-2015 through 08-30-2021.

    Good Morning,

     

    Attached is a list of the 11 parcels listed under Davidson River Village LLC as of 9/1/2021.

     

    Also attached are 2 reports showing the property tax values and tax amounts for Davidson River Village LLC properties for 1/1/2015 through 8/31/2021. Most properties have the tax office account number 70231240; however, PIN# 8597-33-1166-000 was previously listed account number 70386970 and was changed to account number 70231240 for 2019 forward. Therefore, the additional report is to showing the property tax values and tax amounts for that parcel for 2015 through 2018.

     

    Parcel number 8596-89-6077-000 is listed in Davidson River Village LLC; however, it has an exemption and does not receive a tax bill for this parcel.

     

    All property tax values and tax amounts can be found online at www.transylvaniacounty.org, click on the link to “Tax Information” and then “Tax Information Lookup”.
