  Hi Ben,

   

  One item of clarification – The original requestor has asked us to relay something found in one of the documents provided:

   

  “In the response to the initial request we are told that there is a “Talent Scout Document” available from the City Clerk – it has a description of all boards. The response says it is available on the City website – but no link has been provided.”
