City of Brevard records request follow up

I would like to follow up on the City of Brevard information request -

Under NC GS 132, I request that the City of Brevard release all electronic communications (e-mails) between the following individuals; City Manager Jim Fatland, City Clerk Jill Murray, Human Resources Director Kelley Craig and City Attorney Michael Pratt that discuss previous information requests for public personnel records sent through Sunshine Request since the initial March 2018 request was sent.

Editor’s Note to Sender: We are interpreting this request to be a brand new unique request to the City of Brevard. However, you’ve indicated that this should be a follow up to a previous request. Can you please send us clarification to specify the exact request you are wishing to have additional follow up on? There are two requests on our site related to the City of Brevard, Transylvania County, or Jim Fatland.

Update 9/19/18:
Per our discussion with the sender at  https://www.sunshinerequest.com/records_request/clarification-city-brevard-records-request-follow/ (Completed), the request we send to City of Brevard today will now say:

Subject: “Communications between Sunshine Request and City of Brevard”
Message: “I’d like to request the release of any internal electronic communications between City of Brevard personnel that discuss Sunshine Request or the public records requests that Sunshine Request has submitted since these requests began in March 2018.”
