Draft reports, memos, emails, discussions, or other communications related to Code for Asheville’s Petition for Police Accountability Through Data Transparency

I would like to request the following public records from the City of Asheville:

Draft reports, memos, emails, discussions, emails, or other communications related to Code for Asheville's Petition for Police Accountability Through Data Transparency. I am requesting records originating from, or received by, members of any City staff department, but I believe these discussions would primarily have occurred between the City Manager's Office, IT, APD, and Legal. I would also request any communications to / from City Council related to the same subject.

In addition to any queries for "Code for Asheville" or "Petition for Police Accountability Through Data Transparency," I want to be sure that queries are also performed for "police data," as well as specific queries to capture information related to each of the data sets and documents listed below:

Use-of-force incidents,
Emergency (911) call data,
Crime report data,
Arrest and citation data,
Citizen complaints,
Traffic stop reports,
Traffic stop data,
Demographic information on APD officers.

APD Policy Manual,
Blank copies of internal report forms,
Internal audit reports on body-worn cameras,
Recordings of public committee meetings related to public safety or otherwise of significant community interest.

I would like to request these records start at March 15, 2018 and ending the date that the query is performed.
