Hello City of Asheville, NC Government,

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

Any bonuses including performance bonuses for any city staff who also received a pay raise from 01/01/2018 - 02/03/2020.

    The records responsive to your request are here.
    Please note, the City of Asheville does not have a bonus program. We do, however, offer a Quality of Service Award program. Under this program, employees can be nominated for having gone above and beyond the normal scope and responsibilities of the performance of job duties. If the nomination is approved, the employee will receive a one-time monetary award. Per your request, please see the attached list of individuals who have received a Quality of Service Award since January 1, 2018. I have also included a copy of the Quality of Service Award Policy which governs the program.
