(February 2022) Request for Hickory, NC. Catawba Valley Community College: Employee Salaries 01/01/2018 – 02/28/2022 and current Organizational Structure

Hello Catawba Valley Community College (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

Regarding Catawba Valley Community College Employee Salaries for 2018 – 2022:

A. Please provide all CVCC Employee salaries covering the specific time period of January 01, 2018 through February 28, 2022. This request should also include a list of any positions that may currently be vacant (** please indicate the name of Employee who served in the position last).

I would like for the report to please include the following:

1) Name of employee
2) Original hire date
3) Current department
4) Current position
5) Current Salary (base)

If it makes sense to break this report down by year, please do so. Please provide this information in Excel format or compatible if possible.

B. As a separate document, I would also like to request the current Organizational Structure / Chart for Catawba Valley Community College, showing department / reporting structure.

Thank you for your reply!

We want to make sure it is explicitly stated to you and users on our site that Sunshine Request (www.sunshinerequest.com) cannot commit to sign any forms or cover any fees associated with public record requests received and sent through our site. Please proceed with fulfilling the request to the best of your ability and understanding, up to the point that any fees could be incurred. We cannot agree to pay any fees. Therefore, if it becomes apparent that there is a possibility this request could incur fees at some point, please do not proceed at that time, and kindly notify us of the potential cost.
