We will interpret on the sender’s behalf that they are asking for a “general comment in the spreadsheet about a job description”, and not for the actual job specification. We’d also like to ask that these files are received in a digital format (such as a PDF, spreadsheet, or some machine-readable format) if possible.
Regarding fees to process the request – Sunshine Request (www.sunshinerequest.com) cannot commit to covering the cost of any fees associated with public record requests received and sent through our site. If this means that your office will not be able to fulfill the request, kindly let us know. In that case, we will mark the request as “Completed” on our site, and will post all the information you’ve provided, letting the sender know that they should reach out to Alexander County Gov. directly, if they’d like to pursue the request.

Would you please clarify “job description” as to whether you want a general comment in the spreadsheet or the actual job specification? If you are wanting copies of each job specification, there will be a cost per copy of .04 and it will take longer for me to complete. Without a copy of each job specification, it will take a couple of weeks for me to get the spreadsheet ready for you.
