Hello City of Asheville, NC Government,

I'd like to request the following information:

Please provide a list of all incidents from 01/01/2019 - 12/31/2019 that resulted in Asheville City residents and businesses losing access to water. Please also include the reason, number of affected households / businesses, date of incident, and duration of outage.
