(January 2022) Request for City of Conover, NC Government: Employee salaries 2021 or 2022

Hello City of Conover, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law
Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html

Please provide all City of Conover, NC employee salaries as of 12/31/2021. Please include employee name, job title, total salary and hire date.

I'm hoping to receive this salary info specifically for the year 2021. However, if it is not possible to query the information in that way, then please provide current employee salary info as of present day (date the query is performed in 2022).

I would ideally like to receive this information in an Excel compatible format.
