John Creighton – Cathy Ball communications

Hello! I would like to make a public records request to the City of Asheville for all correspondence, whether written, emailed, texted, or delivered via other medium, between Assistant City Manager Cathy Ball and former Buncombe County Assistant Manager/Planning Director John Creighton from 6/1/2015 through 11/27/2017. To clarify, I'm only looking for communications that exclusively involved those two parties. Thank you for your assistance!

I'd also appreciate any update on the Gary Jackson/Wanda Greene emails requested through http://sunshinerequest.com/records_request/gary-jackson-wanda-greene-emails/

    Here are the records responsive to this request. Within the responsive records are three that are redacted. One, which has the subject matter “resume and skills” has been redacted to remove the information that is confidential personnel information pursuant to N.C.G.S. §160A-168. The two records that have the subject matter “Incentives” and “well done” are redacted, as allowed by N.C.G.S. §132-6(d), because “… records relating to the proposed expansion or location of specific business or industrial projects may be withheld so long as their inspection, examination or copying would frustrate the purpose for which such public records were created; …”.
