I think that the contracts answer the question because the amounts listed in the contracts and any addenda or amendments indicate the maximum amount paid by the city. That being said, I have asked the appropriate record custodian to provide any records that show the payments made to Mr. Conant, et al. I will forward any responsive records, if any, once the processing of the request is complete. In the meantime, please contact me if you have any questions.

We would like to clarify however, that related to the new request above (Titled: [July 2019] Request to know $ and/or other compensation received from the City of Asheville), we interpret this request to mean that the sender is looking for payment records, rather than copies of the contracts you’ve provided. We believe what is actually being requested is to have records of “money and/or other compensation” provided during the specified time period.

Here are the contracts that the City of Asheville has with Mr. Conant or any of his companies for the time period January 1, 2015 – May 14, 2019.
