Our human resources department has advised me there is no way to create this record without extensive staff time. It would require our HR to manually look up the individual timesheet of every APD employee to determine if they were working that day. Therefore, pursuant to N.C. General Statute § 132-6.2 (e), we do not have any records responsive to this request.

At this point there is no clarity on the request’s estimated completion date, or what is taking so long for the request to be processed. Can you please let us know what is the specific reasoning for the delay, and whether that’s on the City’s end, APD, legal, etc. and when it will be completed?
