(June 2022) Request for City of Brevard, NC Government: Clemson Plaza Project costs to date

Hello City of Brevard, NC (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.
Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html

Related to the Clemson Plaza Project [date unspecified]:

- Please provide the total overall cost of the project to date.
- Please provide a breakdown of the costs to date to include the following: Design, Contractor, and all expenses related to the project.

** I do not have any additional info to further clarify or narrow the scope of my request. If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of the request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **

Thank you for your assistance!
------------

[Editor's Note to Brevard Gov:

Once again, we greatly appreciate that the City of Brevard has revised their policy and process with us since May 2021 regarding public records requests, bringing the City’s policy into alignment with NC Public Records Law.

We will continue to submit public records requests we receive through our site to the City Clerk. If the City would like to attach a name to our requests for internal record-keeping purposes, or to provide follow-up info, they may use “Sunshine Request” as the name, and contact us at this email address: ([email protected]).

** Please note: This is the only email our small team uses to send or communicate about requests on our website. If the City receives any communications that are not from that specific address, then it won’t have come from us. Thank you!]

Editor’s Note: Sunshine Request makes no claim as to the veracity of any statements or information contained in any of the requests, or public records, we receive.
