(March 2021) Request for Asheville, NC City Council emails related to Hotel Development Ordinance and Overlay Map 02/01/21 – present
Hi City of Asheville, NC Government,
I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:
Please provide all emails sent to, and sent from, any member of Asheville City Council regarding the Hotel Development Ordinance or Overlay Map. This should include emails sent to / sent from members of the public, between Council Members, and between City Council and City Staff.
Please provide all responsive email records from the specific time period of February 01, 2021 through the date the query is run.

Additionally - As discussed with Liz, we'd ask that for all "communications" (emails, texts, etc) type of requests, that you please provide all .pdfs, files, attachments, videos, hyperlinks, etc. that are indicated within the responsive records. For example: A .pdf that is an attachment within an email, should also be provided as a document along with the responsive emails.
