I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law

I am NOT asking to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. Please provide the electronic copy of all Accounts Payable invoices from January 01, 2021 through the present date – Specifically, those invoices for which the City of New Bern has been assessed “late fees” or “penalties”. Please include the amount of “fees” and “penalties” actually paid.
If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, then please provide a link to where it can be accessed.

subject: RE: Records Request: (March 2023) Request for City of New Bern, NC Government: All “late fees” or “penalties” paid by New Bern, NC. 01/01/2021 – present day.In response to the Records Request regarding “late fees” or “penalties” paid by the City of New Bern, please see the attached Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, item number 6. The City’s Accounts Payable staff is meticulous and enforces compliance by refusal to pay such fees and charges on invoices and requests such charges to be removed from statements. Therefore, late fees and penalties are not paid on those invoices.
However, this does not apply to utility, television, and internet bills. Attached you will find the report from Craven County Water, totaling $267.55 and copies of SuddenLink invoices totaling $90 for late/penalty fees paid during the period requested of January 1, 2021 to present.
