  • Matt Reece serves as the Piedmont Triad Regional Council’s Assistant Director, and he has 25 years of experience providing compensation analysis to local governments throughout the state. As a past president of regional and state-wide professional organizations, Matt has directed and organized research and discussion on various personnel, compensation, and public policy issues. He has also served as adjunct faculty for compensation management, instructing in the master of human resources management program.

  • Matt has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Affairs, both from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

   

  B. Request: Code of Ethics that Piedmont Triad Regional Council employees sign
  • Matt is a member of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). The ICMA code of ethics is available at https://icma.org/icma-code-ethics.

   

  C. Request: Copy of the Compensation study completed by Piedmont Triad Regional Council for Rockingham County, NC, during May 2022

  • The 2022 Rockingham County Compensation Study is not complete and has not been produced. The presentation of the study will occur at a Rockingham County Board of County Commissioners meeting, which the Rockingham County Government management will schedule this summer.
