(November 2019) Request related to City of Asheville employee timesheets [4]

Hello City of Asheville, NC Government,

I would like to make a public records request for the following information:

I’d like to request the personnel file and all time sheets for Jonathan Brown from 09/01/17 to 10/03/19. Please include any secondary work as well. Please include records indicating the date and hours Brown was responsible as the watch commander.

I would also like all secondary employment forms to be included in this request that this employee has worked. I would like these documents in a CSV or PDF format.

    We’re following up on this request that was sent in on November 21st, 2019: (September 2019) Request related to City of Asheville employee timesheets [4]

     

    At this point there is no clarity on the request’s estimated completion date, or what is taking so long for the request to be processed. Can you please let us know what is the specific reasoning for the delay, and whether that’s on the City’s end, APD, legal, etc. and when it will be completed?
