(November 2022) Multi-part request for Nash-Rocky Mount, NC Schools: Information related to “possible 2019 stay at Hotel Indigo Atlanta”. 01/01/2019 – 12/31/2019.

Hello Nash-Rocky Mount, NC Schools (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

This request is related to “Nash-Rocky Mount Schools finance records from 01/01/2019 through 12/31/2019”. Specifically, as relates to a possible 2019 stay at the Hotel Indigo Atlanta [located in Atlanta, Georgia] by Nash-Rocky Mount Schools employees.

For all of the following, please provide responsive records during the specific time period of 01/01/2019 - 12/31/2019:

- Please provide all travel requests for the out-of-state trip.
- Please provide all emails sent between school district employees and school district finance staff about the out-of-state trip.
- Please provide all hotel invoices and the other reimbursement costs tied to the out-of-state trip.

I would ideally like to receive all of this information in a PDF format, if possible.

I am not requesting to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain printed copies of, electronic records. In accordance with NC Public Records Law, I’m requesting explicitly that all responsive records be provided via an electronic medium / format (in which the records should already exist), such as an email, file share, google drive folder, mailed flash drive if necessary, etc.
