(October 2020) Request for Jackson County, NC Government: Outside employment communications and policies as of 10/19/20

Hello Jackson County, NC Government,

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

1. Please provide all emails, letters, and memos, sent between the Jackson County, NC Manager and the Jackson County Department on Aging Director regarding the Aging Director's outside employment as a Loan Officer with Movement Mortgage. The responsive records requested should include correspondences during the specific time period of January 01, 2019 through October 19, 2020.

2. Please provide any Human Resources Department [or Jackson County Government] policies related to Jackson County Government employees and outside employment.
