Over Policing in Baltimore

I’d like to know average officer staffing per capita. That is # of policemen per citizens in the “downtown ” and “metropolitan” areas of Baltimore by the Baltimore Police Department.

    The Baltimore City Police Department does not specifically track Officers per capita. As of October 25th, 2018 the Baltimore City Police Department has 2,491 sworn personnel.
