    The City of Asheville is not the custodian of the records you have requested. However, it is possible that the Local Government Employee Retirement Plan, also known as LGERS, which is an agency of the State Treasure’s Office, may have the information. Their website is here: https://www.nctreasurer.com/ret/Pages/default.aspx. By providing you this information the City of Asheville is not saying that the information, if it exists, is public information, or that the retirement plan has the records.

     

    I can tell you that Cpt. Splain started work on April 1, 1991 and he retired on September 1, 2014.
