Mesasge: On 11/8/16, at 1:13 am in Hendersonville, NC on Howard Gap Road, Mr Harbison was stopped by Henderson County Sheriffs deputies for being in a motor vehicle accident, then disrobing in the street. He was naked when officers arrived, obviously unarmed, and apparently mental distressed. He was tazed, handcuffed, and arrested, He died from a heart attack, most likely caused by positional asphyxiation during the arrest. SBI Agent Oaks Case # 2016-02553 opened a criminal investigation, but none of the four deputies were charged. Mr Harbison had no criminal history, was not under the influence of intoxication substances, but he is black.
