• • – Sunshine Request will not fulfill requests for criminal / arrest records for a specific person or individual address.
  • – Additionally, this request was too broad for us to fulfill. Request messages need to be more specific than asking for “public records in any form”. Requests to our site should be for a specific type of information and entity. Especially in the case of communications type records, the requests need more specificity, and it’s also important to include a date range.
  • – We also ask that senders please do not include their name or contact information in the requests on our site. As it’s an anonymous form, we have no way of verifying who submitted the request. Additionally, we do not require any personally identifiable information to be submitted in order for us to be able to process the request.
