Thank you for previous response; based off the information provided, I'd like to reduce the scope of the request as follows:

Please provide all emails sent or received by Catherine Reeve, containing any of the following search terms, between 02/01/2018 - 8/1/2018.

Search terms: “plate reader”, “plate readers”, “plate recognition”, “LPR”, “LPRs”

Editor’s Note 08/20/20: The above submission has been marked as “Completed” – It is a duplicate, although narrowed version, of a July 2020 request for “NCSU communications about plate readers 01/01/2015 – 12/31/2018” that is currently being processed on our site (Please see all updates here).

We acknowledge that the July request is broader in scope, containing more people, and a longer timeline (01/01/2015 – 12/31/2018). However, that request does include the person mentioned in the new August submission above, and does cover the same time period (02/01/2018 – 8/1/2018). Therefore, any responsive records will also be handled via the July request.

We have followed up with Lynda Mottershead today, and are currently awaiting a response regarding NCSU’s policies about fees / scope of requests. We will wait to send in any new requests to NCSU until we receive that specific clarification from Lynda, and we will note any updates on our site.

Once the July request is Completed, if the sender would like to submit a new request, please do so via the homepage on our site.
