I’d like to make public records request for the following information:

1. Please provide the Gaston County, NC Police Chief fidelity surety bonding information and up to date Oath of Office. Please provide the most responsive records as of 07/06/2020.

2. Please provide the same information regarding the Gastonia, NC Police Chief and the Gaston County, NC Sheriff. Please provide the most responsive records as of 07/06/2020.

Chief Joseph Ramey’s Oath of Office is attached. The county does not have a surety bond for Chief Ramey.

2. Please provide the same information regarding the Gastonia, NC Police Chief and the Gaston County, NC Sheriff. Please provide the most responsive records as of 07/06/2020.

The surety bond and oath of office for Sheriff Alan Cloninger are attached. We are not the custodian for records concerning the Gastonia Police Department. For that information, please contact the City of Gastonia.
