Hi City of Asheville, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a multi-part, public records request for the following information:

1A) Please provide all messages from 04/12/21 - 04/18/21 on Asheville City Employee Jess Foster’s cellular phone. To include but not limited to: SMS, MMS, Google messenger, Facebook and Instagram Messenger.

1B) Please provide a list of all call logs and programs on Jess Foster’s cellular phone during the same time period.

2) Please provide all communications, to include but not limited to: Emails, text messages, and phone call records, between City of Asheville employees Jess Foster and Jessica Morris, regarding any response to unhoused individuals, Homeward Bound, or Asheville Survival project. During the specific time period of 02/06/21 - Present (date the query is performed).

3A) Please provide the public personnel records for Jessica Foster, Solid Waste Manager.
3B) Please provide the public personnel records for Jessica Morris, Assistant Transportation Director.
