As originally written, the request went against our policies – This is not an actionable request for public records that Sunshine Request will fulfill. Additionally, it is unclear what specific records the sender hopes to receive.
If the sender would like to revise, and submit a new request, with language that clearly specifies any links being referenced, and names of the specific organizations they’re requesting correspondences about with Buncombe County Gov, that would be helpful – this will also narrow the scope of the request.
Sunshine Request will not fulfill the following types of requests:

☀️ Requests that include profanity, personal statements, opinions, possibly defamatory statements, or other unnecessary info that is not relevant to making a public records request.
☀️ Requests that are only informational questions [rather than a specific request for public records], and requests that are not addressed to government entities.
