I apologize for the delay in answering your request, however, you original request and follow-up email was sent to the spam folder and I am just now seeing it. I have searched documents and only find one email from Brian Burch to Angie Winchester that was forwarded to Town of Webster. Because the scope of this project fall outside of Webster’s jurisdiction, we have no direct communications with DOT on this matter.

I have searched my emails and have found no direct communication from NCDOT about 5600.
However, Rose Bauguess, from SWC’s RPO forwarded NCDOT’s invitation to the Local Officials/ Public Meeting on February 23, 2017 at SCC’s Burrell Building.
I invited our Webster Board members to this meeting and at least two of them attended, as well as myself.
I also remember posting this to Webster’s Facebook page to invite our residents and help spread the word.It should be noted that none of Webster’s Town limits or ETJ is within the scope of R5600, which would explain why there has been no direct correspondence from NCDOT to the Town of Webster.
I will ask our Town Clerk to search the office’s records and emails as well, but this is all I’ve been sent to the mayor’s email.Hope this helps!

I did not receive this request 22 days ago, but will check with our Town Clerk, Debbie Coffey, to see if she did.
I am sorry if this has been overlooked, and I will search emails, etc. for any correspondence from DOT relating to R5600.
Off the top of my head, the only thing I can remember receiving from DOT would have been an invitation to a public forum at SCC to look at different maps and provide comment and ask questions.Thank you,
