(September 2019) Request for Chimney Rock concession agreement / contract

Good Afternoon,

Chimney Rock Management, LLC is contracted to supply labor & equipment to operate Chimney Rock State Park assets and attraction located in the Town of Lake Lure, NC (Rutherford County).

I would like to make a public records requests for all contracts and concessions agreements between the State of North Carolina and Chimney Rock Management, LLC.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Rutherford County government does not have anything on file that meets your request. Chimney Rock State Park is owned/operated by the State of North Carolina, not Rutherford County. Chimney Rock Management, LLC is a private entity and not associated with Rutherford County government as a private contractor or vendor.
