Test prep and technology request – Jackson Co. NC schools

Good Afternoon Jackson County Public Schools and Jackson County government,

We would like to request a list of all combinations of Subject, Grade, Number students, Type of laptop used, and Number of days of test preparation on that device type for that student group.

For example, we are specifically interested in 20 3rd grades prepared for the math EOG 10 days on a surface pro and 10 days on a Lenovo Thinkpad. Additionally, we would like the specific device type (laptop brand/make) that was used on the actual day of testing. For each student group, was the primary testing laptop brand / device the same as what which used on the actual test date?

What percent of the JCPS budget, as allocated by Jackson County government, funds laptops for testing purposes?

    Jackson County Government does not determine the percentage of budget funds provided to Jackson County Public Schools which are allocated for laptops used for testing purposes.
